i’ve lost all years within a blink,
each day felt like a lifetime lived
jumped downstairs just like a kid,
not thinking of the fall beneath.
from tenth to bottom in a flash—
if only i could reach from bottom tenth.
to build yes matter what, to build a world,
from nothing, so becomes it something.
without light, in darkest deep,
i wander years,
what’s missing seek in me—
the hidden within answers.
the years have shut the door when left,
hiding the keys among the steps.

After shattered illusions the new world becomes a metaphor for the impulse toward movement and decision — an idea that enters the inner sight through realisation. Or perhaps these are just new illusions?
Through reversed chronology, the metaphor of the idea appears first, as if it were born before its actual emergence in the experience, while the poem, handwritten in Ukrainian and translated into English, serves as a key to uncovering the nature of this state.
